Become a Vendor at the 2025 South Perry Street Fair!
The South Perry Street Fair is committed to bringing in diverse, high quality vendors and having unique performances by local artists. Each year the community and neighborhood look forward to this event. Proceeds from the street fair are used to fund South Perry District improvements, neighborhood events, and donations to nonprofit agencies whose work benefits the South Perry District community. Thanks for your interest in participating in the South Perry Street Fair and helping to make the South Perry community a great place to live, work, and play!
Application Deadlines and Information
April 1: vendor applications open
May 1: vendor selection begins
July 15: final vendor application submissions due (application closed)
We will begin contacting accepted vendors with payment options in May 2025. Payment is due 10 days from email notification.

Street Fair Location: The South Perry District, Spokane, WA., on Perry Street between 9th & 12th Ave
Estimated Attendance: 5,000 to 8,000
Mailing Address: PO Box 4322, Spokane, WA 99220
Space size: 10' x 10'. Up to two spaces can be purchased.
Set up: Begins at 6:00 am – all vehicles must be off Perry Street by 9:00 am
Street Fair: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm. No load ins after 9:00 am or load outs before 7:00 pm.
The South Perry Street fair is not intended to be a forum for political or religious agendas and booth spaces are not provided to these organizations. (Booth spaces for religious organizations physically located on or near S. Perry St may be considered if their sole purpose is to provide a product to the public.)
